Inline Design for Fewer Lost Fish

The run-through line concept threads your mainline directly through the lure body. A bead protects the knot before you tie on a single or treble hook (size #5/#4/#3). Because the hook connects directly to the line rather than to the lure body, the fish exerts leverage against itself — not a rigid frame — which reduces the chance of hooks pulling free during the fight. For a free-swinging hook setup, mount the hook on an oval split ring and tie your line to the double-stranded part of the ring. Three beads and an oval split ring are included.
