Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Luregod. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Company, we, us, our: Luregod OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17115477).
  • Customer, you: any person who visits, browses, or purchases from our website.
  • Goods, Products: items offered for sale on our website.
  • Order: your request to purchase Products submitted through our checkout process.

3. Registration and Account

Creating an account is optional. If you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

4.1 To place an Order, add Products to your cart and complete the checkout process, including billing, shipping, and payment details.

4.2 All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any Order, for example if:

  • Items are out of stock or mis-priced
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Payment-processing issues occur.

4.3 After accepting your Order, we will send you an Order-confirmation email.

4.4 The purchase contract is formed when you click the "Place Order" (or similar) button during checkout and we accept the Order by sending the confirmation email.

5. Prices, VAT and Payment

5.1 All prices are shown in EUR. The applicable value-added tax (VAT) for your delivery country is calculated and added during checkout and displayed separately before you pay.

5.2 Payment is due at the time of Order via the payment methods offered (e.g., Stripe). By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 We ship to destinations within the EU. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

6.2 Delivery times are estimates calculated from the shipment date, not the Order date.

6.3 Risk of loss and title to the Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

7.2 The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the Products.

7.3 To exercise the right, send an unequivocal statement to support@luregod.com.

7.4 You must return the Products within 14 days of notifying us and bear the direct return costs.

7.5 We will refund the purchase price (excluding any extra delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.

8. Statutory Warranty (EU)

8.1 EU consumers benefit from a two-year legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/771.

8.2 We are liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery during this period. Your statutory remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction or contract rescission) remain unaffected.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Returned Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

9.2 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

9.3 We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned Products.

10. Retention of Title

Ownership of the Products remains with Luregod OÜ until full payment has been received. You may not resell or encumber the Products before payment clears.

11. User Obligations

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Infringe our or others' rights
  • Disrupt or compromise website security.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) is owned by Luregod OÜ or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luregod OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Products or the website.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or purchase of Products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
