The propeller-shaped body rotates around its own axis at the slightest forward movement, creating a constant, pulsing flash and vibration. In field tests, this action consistently tempted fish that ignored conventional lures, making it a reliable choice when trout are sulking.
Because the Shooter Spoon generates action at very low speeds, you can work it with an ultra-slow retrieve without losing the spinning motion. This makes it particularly effective during cold-water periods when trout are lethargic and a fast-moving lure simply won't get the job done.
