Balzer Shooter Spoon - Forellenspoon
The Balzer Shooter Spoon is a propeller-style trout spoon built for situations where standard retrieves fail — spinning on its axis at the slightest pull to provoke even the most reluctant fish.
Thanks to its distinctive propeller shape, the Shooter Spoon rotates around its own axis with barely any forward movement needed. This makes it exceptionally effective on slow retrieves, letting you keep the lure in the strike zone longer and work it through deeper, colder water where trout often sit inactive.
Each spoon features contrasting colours on the top and underside, which combine into a dynamic colour-play as the lure rotates — a visual trigger that has proven effective on passive fish during testing. A micro treble swivel is fitted as standard to prevent line twist during the retrieve, protecting your setup over long sessions.
The Balzer Shooter Spoon is available in multiple variants across the range. Based on available attributes, two hook configurations are present:
Balzer Shooter Spoon — Propeller Spoon, Trout, Rotating action, Triple hook with micro swivel: recommended for longer casts and sessions where line twist management is a priority; the micro swivel treble keeps the presentation clean throughout.
Balzer Shooter Spoon — Propeller Spoon, Trout, Rotating action, Triple hook (treble): a direct treble hook setup for those who prefer a classic configuration or fish in conditions where swivel-free rigging suits the presentation.
All variants are intended for trout fishing with spinning tackle.
