The Balzer Pro Staff Series Spoon Inliner is a dedicated inline (threaded directly onto the line) trout spoon weighing 1.9g, built for ultra-light (UL) spinning on stocked and wild trout. Everything you need to rig it is included straight out of the packaging.
The central line channel runs through the body of the spoon, allowing you to thread your mainline directly through it. A bead follows to protect the knot, and then you attach either the included treble hook or single hook. This inline setup eliminates a swivel or split ring between lure and hook, giving the spoon a more direct, flutter-heavy action that trout find hard to ignore in clear, shallow water.
Balzer includes both a treble hook and a single hook along with the bead, so you can adapt your rig to the rules of your fishery or your preferred hook style without a separate trip to the tackle box. The 1.9g weight loads a light UL rod efficiently and casts accurately even in tight, tree-lined streams.
