The Balzer Shooter Spoon is a propeller-style trout spoon designed to rotate at the slowest possible retrieval speeds, drawing strikes from even the most reluctant fish.
Thanks to its distinctive propeller shape, the Shooter Spoon begins spinning on its axis at the lightest pull. This constant, tight rotation creates flash and vibration that trout find hard to ignore — including fish that have gone completely passive and refused other lures.
Because it can be retrieved extremely slowly without losing its action, the Shooter Spoon excels in winter and cold-water conditions when trout metabolism is low and fast-moving lures go untouched. A contrasting two-tone colour scheme on the top and underside produces a unique colour-flash effect as the spoon rotates, adding extra visual stimulus at any depth. A built-in micro triple swivel prevents line twist during both the cast and the retrieve.
