The Platypus rolls around its own axis during the retrieve, repeatedly flashing its flanks to mimic a struggling baitfish. This slow sinking, rolling action is especially effective for pike holding just below the surface in the 0.5–2m zone, triggering reaction strikes even from inactive fish.

Ultra Sonic Rattle Ball & Light-Reflecting Eyes

An internal Ultra Sonic Rattle Ball generates high-frequency vibrations that carry through the water column, alerting pike from a distance. Combined with light-conducting fibreglass optic eyes that produce a unique glow effect through light reflection, this lure engages pike through both sound and sight.
