WFT KG STRONG Schnur geflochtene 600m 0,39mm 67kg
The WFT KG Strong is an 8-carrier round braid trusted by anglers across every continent — from freshwater spinning to deep-sea big-game fishing. This 600 m spool in 0.39 mm / 67 kg suits demanding sessions where capacity and strength both matter.
The KG Strong has used an 8-carrier construction since long before it became an industry trend. The truly round cross-section casts farther, peels off the spool with less resistance, and — crucially — doesn't dig into lower layers under load. In current, the slim round profile also reduces drift, giving you better lure contact and bite detection.
New pigment technology bonded into a protective surface coating slows colour fade by a factor of ten compared to standard braids. The multicolor version changes colour every 10 m across five colours, giving you a built-in depth and distance marker without a separate counting tool. The coating also adds abrasion resistance for fishing over rough ground or structure.
The KG Strong 600 m / 0.39 mm / 67 kg is available in three colour options to match your fishing style and conditions:
Multicolor (colour change every 10 m) — current product; ideal for vertical fishing, deep-sea jigging in Norway, trolling, or any situation where instant depth/distance reference is useful; suits saltwater and freshwater
Yellow — high-visibility single colour for tracking line angle and bite detection on the surface; good for spinning and lure fishing in clear or open water
Green — low-visibility natural tone; preferred for cautious fish in clear freshwater or shallow saltwater flats
All three variants share the same 0.39 mm diameter, 67 kg breaking strain, 8-carrier round-braid construction, and 600 m spool length.
