The WFT KG Strong is an 8-carrier PE (polyethylene) braid engineered for universal use — equally at home in freshwater spinning sessions and deep-sea big-game fishing in salt water.

Perfectly Round Construction for Distance and Control

WFT were weaving 8-carrier braids before it became an industry standard, and the round profile that results is the key advantage. A truly round braid flies off the spool with minimal resistance, casts further, and — critically — doesn't bite into lower line layers under load. In flowing water, the reduced surface area presented to the current also noticeably slows drift, giving you more direct contact with your presentation.

Colourfast Finish That Lasts

The Multicolor version changes colour every 10 m across five colours, giving you a built-in depth and distance marker without any accessories. New colour pigments are locked into a dedicated surface protection layer that slows fading and resists abrasion, so the markings stay readable season after season.
