The WFT KG Strong (Knot Guard Strong) is a precision-woven polyethylene braid designed to perform from freshwater rivers to open-sea big game sessions — wherever you choose to cast.

Round Profile for Distance, Control and Line Lay

The 8-carrier construction produces a genuinely round cross-section — not just nearly round. That shape casts farther, peels off the spool with less resistance, and crucially does not dig into lower line layers under load. In flowing water, the reduced surface area also slows lateral drift, keeping your presentation where you want it.

Colour-Fast Protection That Lasts

The orange finish on this variant uses new-generation pigments bonded into a dedicated surface coating. According to WFT, this system slows colour fade by a factor of ten compared to standard dyed braids, while also guarding against abrasion — so the line looks and behaves as expected well into its service life.
