The 8-carrier construction creates a genuinely round cross-section, which makes a real difference on the water. A round braid flies off the spool cleanly, casts noticeably further, and — critically — does not dig into lower line layers under pressure. In flowing water, the reduced surface area also slows lateral drift, keeping your presentation where you intended it.

Colour-Fast Finish That Lasts

WFT has embedded new colour pigments into a dedicated surface coating that slows colour fading by a factor of ten compared to standard braids. The same coating adds abrasion resistance, so the line holds up against rocks, gravel and other abrasive substrates without sacrificing the knot strength the 8-carrier weave provides.
