JERKBITE MR JERKBAIT 9CM 9G SUSPENDING YORU
incl. VAT, excl.
The Westin Jerkbite MR (Medium Runner) is a slim, precisely balanced 9 cm / 9 g suspending jerkbait built for predator anglers who want a lure that provokes bites when everything else fails.
The Jerkbite's perfectly tuned buoyancy keeps it motionless right in the strike zone the moment you stop the retrieve. That hanging pause — short or extended depending on water temperature and fish mood — is where most bites happen. In colder conditions, try longer pauses between twitches to tempt lethargic predators.
Two internal steel balls shift into the tail during the cast for extra distance and accuracy, then roll forward into the belly on the retrieve. This weight-transfer system delivers long, precise casts and triggers the trademark darting action that mimics a panicking baitfish. Even on a straight, steady retrieve the slim body produces an enticing wobble.
The Jerkbite MR comes in two sizes and a wide range of colours to match conditions and target species.
Jerkbite MR 7.5 cm / 6 g — running depth 0.5–1.5 m: lighter option for shallower water, smaller predators, or finesse presentations; colours include Headlight, Real Perch, Olive Minnow, Firetiger Flash, Hot Shad, Brook Trout Fry, Brown Trout Fry, Gold Chrome
Jerkbite MR 9 cm / 9 g — running depth 1–2 m: the larger profile for targeting bigger perch, pike, zander, and asp in medium-depth water; colours include Yoru, Ghost Hunter, Real Perch, Headlight, Real Rudd, Real Roach, Firetiger, Firetiger Flash, Olive Minnow, W Ayu, Motoroil Burbot, Hot Shad
