Two years in development, the Jerkbite SR (Shallow Runner) is Westin's answer to tough predator fishing: a perfectly balanced 11cm suspending jerkbait that hangs motionless in the strike zone during pauses, triggering bites when nothing else works.

Deadly Pause Action in Shallow Water

The Jerkbite's suspending balance is its defining feature. Fish it with sharp rod jerks and short or extended pauses — the lure simply stops and hovers at 0.5–1.5m depth, right where pike, perch and zander are holding. In cold water, stretch those pauses and let the lure do the convincing. Even on a steady retrieve, the slim profile produces a confident, darting action.

Long Cast System for Accurate Presentations

Two internal steel balls slide into the tail on the cast, shifting the lure's centre of gravity for longer, more accurate throws. On the retrieve they roll back into the belly, restoring the perfectly tuned suspending balance and driving the erratic, panicked-baitfish darting action that triggers reaction strikes.
