The Jerkbite MR (Medium Runner) is Westin's slim, precision-balanced suspending jerkbait, built to trigger predators when other lures come up empty. At 7.5 cm and 6 g in Real Perch colour, it runs 0.5–1.5 m deep and mimics a panicking baitfish with every twitch.
When you pause the retrieve, the Jerkbite simply hangs — motionless in the strike zone, right at the depth where perch, pike, and zander are holding. That neutral buoyancy is the trigger: fish that follow without committing almost always bite on a dead stop.
Two steel balls shift into the tail during the cast for extra distance and accuracy, then roll back into the belly on the retrieve to restore the tight, darting action. The result is a bait that casts far, lands accurately, and moves like a scared baitfish the moment you start working the rod.
