When you stop the retrieve, the Jerkbite SR hangs motionless in the water column between 0.5 and 1.5 m, locked in the strike zone. That suspended stillness is what triggers reactive strikes, especially during cold-water periods when fish are lethargic and need time to commit. Vary your pause length to match the mood of the fish — short snaps in active conditions, longer holds when temperatures drop.

Long Cast System for Accurate Presentation

Two internal steel balls shift into the tail on the cast for maximum distance and precision, then roll back into the belly during the retrieve to restore the lure's tight, darting action. This integrated Long Cast System lets you reach holding spots other lures can't, without sacrificing the erratic movement that predators key in on.
