The 7/0 variant features a Locking Curve-Shape (as opposed to the standard Locking Curve on smaller sizes), a geometry engineered to rotate and lock into position on the strike. This improves bite conversion when targeting large predators that can apply serious pressure and shake a hook during the fight.

Vanadium Steel with Coastal PTFE for Lasting Sharpness and Corrosion Resistance

Forged from vanadium steel for extra strength and rigidity, the hook is finished with a Coastal PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating that resists saltwater corrosion and protects the long needle-sharp point. The result is a hook that stays sharper through extended sessions and multiple outings.
