The body is moulded from tough ABS plastic with a zinc ballast system, keeping the lure stable and castable in coastal winds. The Stay On double split-ring hook mount reduces leverage at the connection point, lowering the chance of losing a fish. Three Japanese-style carbon steel hooks (sizes #6 / #5 / #4) provide solid purchase across the full length of the lure. Construction is lead-free throughout.
