The Westin FC (French Copper) Upstream is a purpose-built spinner designed to perform where most lures struggle: fishing directly against the current. At 15g with a Flouro Orange body and Copper French blade, it sinks fast, starts spinning instantly, and triggers strikes in coloured or low-light water.
The specially designed lead-free weight shifts the spinner's balance so it dives nose-first during a spin stop — keeping the lure in the strike zone and mimicking a fleeing or stunned baitfish. Resume the retrieve and the large French blade kicks in immediately, producing maximum vibration with minimal effort.
The BKK hook is ultra-sharp straight out of the packaging. When it dulls, swapping it out requires no tools — a deliberate feature for anglers working fast water. Two hooks are included so you can re-rig bankside without cutting your session short. All body materials are non-toxic and the weight is lead-free.
The FC Upstream #5 is available in 15g and 20g, across copper and silver blade finishes, with plain fluorescent or black-backed colour combinations.
