The Westin FC (French blade Copper) Downstream is a purpose-built spinner for fishing with the current, delivering instant blade action and a controlled depth profile right from the first rotation.
Most spinners fight the current and ride too high in the water column. The FC Downstream uses a smaller French blade and a specially designed lead-free weight to keep the lure at the right depth and angle when fishing downstream — where trout, perch, and other predators are holding. At 30g, it carries well in faster or deeper water without sacrificing presentation.
The FC Downstream ships with two ultra-sharp BKK hooks included, and swapping hooks requires no tools — a practical detail that matters streamside. Body materials are non-toxic throughout, and the lure is fully lead-free. The copper-finished French blade on this variant catches warm light and produces a tighter flash suited to stained or coloured water conditions.
