The stated ranges are 0.5–2 m for 17 cm/53 g, 0.8–2.5 m for 22 cm/107 g, 1–3 m for 27 cm/217 g and 1.5–4 m for 36 cm/478 g. Choose by both the intended depth and the lure weight your tackle can handle, as the larger presentations are substantially heavier.
Yes, each pack contains one lure fitted with the Line Thru system, a Carbon49 wire leader and SGY 1X BN trebles. The 17 cm lure has one size 2 treble, while 22, 27 and 36 cm have two trebles in sizes 1/0, 2/0 and 4/0 respectively. You do not need to select a separate hook rig for the supplied configuration.
Yes, the chin ring is provided for quick sink-rate adjustment. All variants are supplied as moderately sinking lures, so choose the size's stated running-depth range first and use the ring when you need to alter the presentation.
Pike in freshwater are the primary target throughout the family. The 17, 22 and 27 cm versions are also offered for zander around edges, cover and open water. The 36 cm version is offered for pike in large lakes and rivers, giving you the largest profile when a large baitfish presentation is wanted.

The Savage Gear 3D Line Thru Whitefish is a pre-rigged soft swimbait for freshwater pike fishing. Its body is based on a 3D scan of a real whitefish, with photo-printed details and a lifelike swimming action that imitate natural prey. The 17, 22 and 27 cm versions are also offered for zander around edges, cover and open water. The 36 cm version provides the largest baitfish presentation for pike in large lakes and rivers.
The Line Thru system comes fitted with a Carbon49 wire leader and sharp SGY 1X BN treble hooks, so the lure is supplied rigged rather than as a bare softbait body. The 17 cm version has one size 2 treble, while the 22, 27 and 36 cm versions have two trebles in sizes 1/0, 2/0 and 4/0 respectively. Mesh-reinforced joints and a reinforced tail support the moving parts of the body. A tail rattle adds sound, while anise scent adds an olfactory cue to the visual presentation.
All versions are moderately sinking. The chin ring allows quick adjustment of the sink rate when a different presentation is needed. The supplied running-depth ranges differ by size.
Length | Weight | Running depth | Treble hooks |
|---|---|---|---|
17 cm | 53 g | 0.5–2 m | 1 × size 2 |
22 cm | 107 g | 0.8–2.5 m | 2 × size 1/0 |
27 cm | 217 g | 1–3 m | 2 × size 2/0 |
36 cm | 478 g | 1.5–4 m | 2 × size 4/0 |
Choose 17 cm for the smallest, lightest presentation and the shallowest stated range. The 22 cm version increases the baitfish size and depth range without the weight of the two largest options. The 27 cm version offers a larger profile and a range extending to 3 m. At 36 cm and 478 g, the largest version extends to 4 m but requires tackle suited to that substantially greater lure weight. Match the lure weight to your tackle rather than choosing by length alone.
Each size is available in Ayu, Brown Chartreuse, Dirty Whitefish, Fire Whitefish, Golden Albino and Whitefish. Colour choice does not change the stated size, weight, buoyancy, running depth or hook configuration within a size. Each retail pack contains one rigged lure in the selected variant.
