Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Luregod. If something is not right, this Return Policy explains when and how you can send items back and receive a refund.

2. Right to Return (EU Withdrawal Right)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The 30-day period starts on the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to support@luregod.com letting us know that you wish to return your order.

3. How to Start a Return

We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day return policy on all purchases. To begin a return, follow these steps:

1. Logged-in customers: Click "My Orders" in the upper-right corner of the site.
2. Guest users: Open your Order Confirmation email and click "View order details".
3. Click "Return products" to launch the return process.
4. Choose the items you want to send back and submit the form.
5. Our support team will email you detailed instructions and an invoice for the return-shipping costs (see Terms §7.4).
6. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
7. Drop the parcel at your nearest post office or schedule a pickup.

If the steps above do not match what you see on the site or you are unable to submit a return request via self-service, please contact our support team directly at support@luregod.com so we can help you complete the return.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, labels and accessories included. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to unnecessary handling by you.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. We will inform you of the applicable return-shipping charges in the instructions we send after you submit your return request.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the returned items, but no later than 14 days after we have received the goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

We refund the purchase price of the products, excluding any additional delivery costs for premium shipping options you chose during checkout.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be excluded from return where permitted by law, for example:

• Products that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

8. Statutory Rights

This Return Policy supplements your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection laws and the Terms and Conditions of Luregod. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
