Versatile Action in Current and Still Water

The Hornet performs equally well fished upstream or downstream. Retrieve it slowly against the current or faster with the flow — both approaches trigger strikes. Short pauses near likely holding spots are especially effective. In still water, it can be cast or trolled; brief rod-tip accelerations during the retrieve add extra temptation for following fish. The lure's vibration is transmitted clearly through the rod, so you always feel what the bait is doing.
