The Natural Perch variant combines the legendary Hornet action with internal rattles, long-cast SICS system, and Mustad KVD Triple Grip hooks for a crankbait that calls in walleye, pike, zander, and perch from distance.
Internal rattles create acoustic pulses that draw strikes even in murky conditions or when predators hunt by sound. You'll feel the aggressive wobble through your rod tip as the lure dives to 2.5–5m, triggering reaction bites from suspended fish.
The long-cast SICS (Salmo Internal Control System) shifts weight for exceptional casting distance, letting you cover more water or reach structure other lures can't. Ultrasonic Body Welding (UBW) ensures the body stays sealed and balanced, while each lure is hand-tuned and tank-tested in Poland before it ships.
Rattlin' Hornet Floating is available in three sizes to match your target species and water depth:
3.5cm / 3–3.1g (depth 1–1.8m) — Perch, small bass, trout in shallow bays and streams
4.5cm / 5.5–6g (depth 1.8–3.4m) — Walleye, bass, perch, zander over weed edges and drop-offs
6.5cm / 20g (depth 2.5–5m) — Pike, zander, wels catfish, large bass when fish hold deep or you're trolling open water
All sizes work for both casting and trolling. Use irregular retrieves with pauses and light twitches when casting; troll with or without additional weight to explore mid-depth zones.
