The rod is built on a Toray® Torayca® T1100GC & M40JB blank — two of Toray's most advanced carbon fibre materials — delivering a blank that is simultaneously light at 166 g and remarkably responsive. The MH (Medium-Heavy) power rating and 30–80 g casting range make it perfectly matched to hardbaits, Shadteez, Bullteez, hybrid lures, and large spinnerbaits, whether you're casting from the bank or trolling from a boat.

Premium Fuji® Components Throughout

The reel seat is a Fuji® T2C carbon unit — lightweight and secure — while the tangle-free Fuji® SIC guides protect your line and maintain smooth casting performance session after session. A 360° custom screw-down carbon hood, a Seaguide® Arc Hook 2.5 hook keeper, and a unique serial number on every blank round out a build that leaves nothing to chance. W8 Powerstrike-T 2nd 2.4m XH 60–180g 181g — Extra-Heavy action; designed for big swimbaits and heavy lures from 60–180 g; the choice when targeting very large esox or fishing heavy cover with oversized presentations.
