W8 FINESSE SHAD-T 2ND 7'5"/223CM H 12-38G 2SEC
incl. VAT, excl.
The W8 Finesse Shad-T 2nd is a specialist baitcasting rod engineered for spin fishing with shad lures, delivering an exceptional balance of casting power and bite detection in a remarkably lightweight package.
The blank is built from Toray Torayca T1100GC and M40JB carbon — among the most advanced fibres available — finished in a distinctive FE2O3 iron oxide colour. The result is a blank that transmits the subtlest lure movement and contact bite directly to your hand, without the excess weight that dulls sensation. At 139 g for a 223 cm rod, this is a tool you can fish all day without fatigue.
Fuji SIC (Silicon Carbide) guides keep friction low and are stacked in a tangle-free configuration, so braided lines run clean under load. The Fuji T2C Carbon reel seat is light, rigid and engineered to work seamlessly with a size 100 or 200 baitcasting reel for perfect balance. The 360° custom screw-down carbon hood locks the reel firmly in place, while a Seaguide Arc Hook 2.5 keeper holds your rig safely during transit. Each rod carries a unique serial number and arrives in a recyclable triangular cardboard box with a neoprene rod bag.
The W8 Finesse Shad-T 2nd is available in a single length and action combination suited to targeted shad presentations:
