WFT Sea King 550 PR HP LH Elektrorolle
Built for demanding offshore sessions in Norwegian waters, the WFT Sea King 550 PR HP LH is a left-hand electric reel that combines a robust motorised retrieve with the option to fish fully manually — making it equally at home on a deep wreck or in shallower coastal marks.
A sturdy electric motor delivers a retrieve speed of 180 m/min and a pull force of 21 kg, so even large halibut or cod from great depths come up without exhausting the angler. The FLIP button and free-spool stop allow every function to be managed with one hand, keeping your rod arm steady throughout the fight.
Ten stainless steel ball bearings plus one stainless steel roller bearing ensure a fluid retrieve under load. The one-piece aluminium frame resists flex, the aluminium spool keeps weight to 570 g, and brass-and-steel gearing handles the torque of both heavy jigging and natural bait fishing without complaint.
The Sea King 550 PR HP is currently offered as a single variant. Consider the full WFT Sea King range when matching reel to technique or target species:
