The Spro Power Arc 7000 is a heavy-duty spinning (fixed-spool) reel engineered specifically for coastal and sea fishing, where strong currents, corrosive salt water, and hard-fighting species put tackle under serious pressure.
The aluminium body provides the structural rigidity needed to keep the gear train firmly in place during powerful fights, while the reinforced graphite rotor adds lightweight strength. The main shaft is machined from stainless steel for long-term durability, and the 4+1 high-quality stainless steel bearings resist corrosion even after repeated saltwater exposure. The spool is built without an anti-reverse lever, deliberately reducing the number of moving parts that salt and debris can compromise.
With a line capacity of 210 m of 0.40 mm monofilament, the Power Arc 7000 handles the long casts and deep drifts typical of boat and beach fishing. The cotton-disc drag system delivers a smooth, consistent brake force up to 10 kg, giving you reliable control when running large predators or heavy surf species. A 5.0:1 gear ratio returns 86 cm per crank, offering a good balance of retrieval speed and cranking power for working big baits or recovering line against tide.
The Power Arc 7000 is the sole variant currently available in the Spro Power Arc sea reel range. It is suited to anglers targeting medium to large saltwater species from the shore, pier, or boat — including cod, bass, ray, and similar coastal and offshore fish — using monofilament lines around 0.35–0.45 mm.
