The frame supports the reel under load, while the casting brake controls spool speed during the cast. The range covers predator lure fishing with softbaits, crankbaits and jerkbaits, with size and retrieve-hand choices for different setups. The 51 and 101 are left-hand retrieve models described for light to medium hardbaits and softbaits. Both have a 6.6:1 gear ratio, 66 cm retrieve per turn and 11 kg maximum drag.
