The Fat Bite Floating is a compact, hard-bodied crankbait designed for shallow waters and small to medium waters. Its chunky profile generates powerful rolling and vibration that predators can't ignore, while internal ultra-sonic rattles add acoustic attraction. This is a lure that makes itself heard and felt.
With a running depth of just 0.3–0.8 m, these wobblers are ideal for shallow ponds, canals, and the upper zones of lakes where structure-hugging pike and perch hunt. The floating design means they'll quickly rise to the surface during pause-and-twitch retrieves, making them excellent for working over weed beds and shallow structure.
The lure features carbon-steel hooks (#8/#2 Japanese-style) that are sharp and reliable, paired with lead-free ABS plastic construction. Every Fat Bite is hand-painted with detailed color patterns—from natural baitfish finishes to flashy patterns like Firetiger—ensuring excellent visibility in both clear and stained water.
Choose the 5.5 cm / 8 g version for finesse presentations in smaller waters or when targeting cautious fish, or step up to the 8 cm / 24 g for maximum commotion and to reach out further on larger venues.
