The VMC Moontail Jig 7158 combines a Technical Locking Curve hook design with an oversized flat aspirin head and elongated bucktail skirt to deliver exceptional darting action and secure hook sets when jigging for predators.
The TLC (Technical Locking Curve) hook geometry maximizes penetration and locks fish firmly in place once hooked. Black nickel coating provides corrosion resistance and a low-visibility finish that won't spook wary fish in clear water.
The oversized flat aspirin head creates pronounced darting and rolling motion with minimal rod work. Low-profile bucktail fibers maintain their slim profile throughout the retrieve and produce lifelike undulating movement. Extra-large 3D holographic eyes add a realistic finishing touch and trigger strikes.
