The Savage Gear SGS2 Offshore Sea Bass range is built for casting lures to sea bass from the coast. Its sensitive yet powerful blanks are designed for topwater lures, minnows, sinking pencils and soft lures, while the saltwater-ready guides suit marine use.
Toray high-modulus carbon fibre forms the blank, paired with SeaGuide Gunsmoke SW guides and a SeaGuide Gold Label reel seat. Tough EVA handles provide a practical grip, and every rod is supplied with a rod bag.
The 2.10 m models cover 5-18 g, 7-28 g and 15-45 g, progressing from smaller lures to heavier presentations. The 2.30 m 10-35 g model offers a middle range, while the 2.44 m 15-45 g version provides the longest option. All models are two-piece rods, with transport lengths from 160 to 186 cm.
