Match the 1/0, 3/0 or 5/0 hook to your soft lure's body. Each size comes in 5, 7 and 10 g, so you can change weight without changing hook size. At the same size, 5 g gives a slower descent, 10 g a faster descent and stronger bottom contact, with 7 g between them. The supplier does not specify compatible lure lengths.
It is designed for soft lures on the Ned rig. The head shape and wide-gape hook hold the lure upright on the bottom, allowing you to drag it through snags and weed with pauses to provoke strikes. It is not supplied as a complete lure, so you need to add a softbait.
No, they have micro barbs, so they are not a barbless option. The forged high-carbon steel hooks feature nano points and a Super Slide finish, with wire diameter matched to each size for strength and penetration. Choose a different hook if your water requires barbless tackle.
Each pack contains three Matt Black jig heads in the selected hook size and weight, not a mixed assortment. Soft lures are not included, so choose the pack to fit the softbaits you intend to rig.

The Savage Gear Ned EWG Jighead is a jig head for fishing soft lures on the Ned rig. Its head shape and Extreme Wide Gape (EWG) hook work together to hold the lure upright on the bottom. This presentation lets you drag the lure along the bottom and through snags and weed, adding pauses to provoke strikes from predatory fish.
The sharp hooks are forged from high-carbon steel wire and feature nano points, micro barbs and a Super Slide finish. The wire diameter is matched to each hook size to balance strength and penetration. These are micro-barbed hooks, not barbless hooks.
Each of the three hook sizes, 1/0, 3/0 and 5/0, is available in 5 g, 7 g and 10 g. Choose the hook size to suit the soft lure's body and the weight for the bottom contact you need. At the same hook size, 5 g is the lightest option for a slower descent, 10 g adds weight for a faster descent and firmer bottom contact, and 7 g sits between them. Increasing hook size changes the fit to the lure rather than the stated head weight. No specific lure-length compatibility is supplied.
All nine variants come in Matt Black and contain three jig heads of the selected hook size and weight. The supplier lists suitability for all water types. Soft lures are not included.
