No. At size #10, Forelle and the 70 cm Trout Paste Haken use 0.18 mm line, the 250 cm Trout Paste Haken uses 0.22 mm, Big Trout uses 0.23 mm and Big Trout Extreme uses 0.25 mm. Compare the model-specific diameter as well as hook size. Breaking strain is not specified.

Quantum Crypton Forellenhaken are pre-tied trout hooklengths for targeted fishing at trout lakes. The hook is already tied to the leader, saving you the task of tying each hook yourself. Choose the model, hook size and leader length to suit your setup.
Forelle comes with a 70 cm or 150 cm leader. Choose 70 cm when your setup calls for a shorter hooklength, or 150 cm for more distance between the hook and the leader connection. The listed sizes use the same line diameter at both lengths.
Big Trout has a 120 cm leader, while Big Trout Extreme has a 180 cm leader. In the listed variants, Big Trout Extreme uses thicker leader line than Big Trout. Select by length and diameter rather than assuming a breaking strain, which the supplier does not specify.
Trout Paste Haken is the paste-bait option, with 70 cm or 250 cm leaders. The 250 cm version provides a much longer hooklength and uses thicker line than the 70 cm version at the same listed hook size. The supplier also describes hooks with a dough spiral in the range, providing a holder for paste bait.
The table shows the variants in this family. Compare hook size and leader diameter together, as the line thickness changes with the model and size.
