Lew's SuperDuty 300 - Heavy-duty control for big bait fishing

The Lew's SuperDuty 300 is built for anglers who fish large lures, heavy lines and demanding situations. Across both variants, it combines a large-capacity 39 mm aluminum spool, a dual magnetic and centrifugal brake setup, and a strong carbon fiber drag system for controlled casting and steady cranking power.

Built for heavy applications

The SuperDuty 300 uses a rigid one-piece aluminum frame, solid brass gears and a large spool designed for heavier lines and bigger fish. Drain ports, a Combat Grip thumb bar and braid-ready spool construction support practical use on the water.

Controlled casting

Lew's Multi-Setting Brake System combines externally adjustable magnetic braking with internally adjustable centrifugal braking. That gives you a broad adjustment range when casting larger lures or adapting to changing wind and lure resistance.

Power and handling

A bowed 100 mm aluminum handle with oversized Winn Dri-Tac knobs gives the reel a secure, high-leverage feel when winding heavy rigs. The retractable Speed Keeper hook keeper also helps keep hooked lures tidy between casts.

Shared platform, different hand orientation

Both variants share the same SuperDuty 300 platform, including 7 bearings, carbon fiber drag and large line capacity. The key choice is retrieve hand: choose the right-hand version if that matches your normal baitcasting setup, or the left-hand version if you prefer reeling with your left hand.
