The McMy Tail is a hybrid tail bait for freshwater predator fishing, built for anglers who want an easy bait to animate with light taps or a steady retrieve. Across the range, the belly rolls, flashes on the drop and tracks in wide S-curves with a slim tail that adds extra movement.

Action and Presentation

This bait is designed to be simple to fish. Short inputs on the reel or rod produce a smooth side-to-side glide, while a straight retrieve keeps the bait moving in broad S-curves. On the pause and drop, the body shimmers and the tail adds a more erratic finish.

Construction

The body uses clear, high-impact-resistant ABS with a realistic 3D look, paired with environmentally friendly plastisol in the tail section. The lure is hand painted and fitted with super sharp Berkley Fusion19 treble hooks.

Sizes in This Range

The 17 cm model weighs 50 g and runs at around 0.5-1.5 m. The 20 cm model weighs 83 g and reaches around 0.5-2 m. All versions are supplied with two treble hooks and are designed in Sweden by Svartzonker.
