The Abu Garcia Revo X spinning reel range combines a light aluminium construction with smooth running and controlled line lay for modern freshwater lure fishing. Across the series you get the same core platform, while the different sizes and gear ratios let you choose between finesse work, all-round use and faster lure presentation.
A strong aluminium body and an extra rigid aluminium bail keep the reel stable under load without making it feel bulky. The design is aimed at anglers who want a light reel for repeated casting in freshwater.
All models use 6+1 stainless steel bearings, precision-cut gearing and slow locomotive oscillation. This combination is built to support smooth rotation, even line lay and reliable control during steady retrieves and active lure fishing.
The front drag uses a hybrid carbon and felt stack for controlled pressure. Depending on the size, the series offers up to 4.8 kg or 5.2 kg max drag, making it suitable for light to medium spinning applications.
The 2000 and 2500 sizes suit lighter setups, while the 3000H and 4000H versions add faster 6.2:1 gearing and higher line retrieve per turn. All variants are built for right- or left-hand use and feature an aluminium spool, Rocket Turbine spool design and high-density EVA handle knobs.
