The Fury SG6 Inline Boat sea fishing rods are built for large baits and big cod, coalfish and halibut in demanding Nordic waters. Their inline line routing reduces tangles and exposed-guide damage while allowing the blank to bend fully under load.
The strong Japanese Torayca carbon blank and Moderate Fast action are designed to work heavy lures and fight large fish from depth. A FUJI reel seat holds the reel, and the rods are specified for baitcasting reels. The premium cork handle provides a comfortable grip, including in wet boat conditions. The supplier lists Seaguide guides and an inline system with a metal line-threading aid.
All three versions are 2.13 m long. The 12–20 lb Heavy version handles 100–250 g lures and weighs 282 g, making it the lightest option for the lower lure-weight range. The 20–30 lb Extra Heavy version handles 150–400 g and weighs 293 g, extending the upper lure limit with a modest increase in rod weight. The 30–50 lb Extra Extra Heavy version handles 200–600 g and weighs 327 g, offering the highest lure and line ratings at the greatest rod weight. Choose according to the lure weight and line class you need rather than length, which is shared.
