Choose the 300 LP for right-hand winding or the 300 LP-L for left-hand winding, both with 5.8:1 gearing and 13.6 kg maximum drag. The left-hand 300 LP-HS-L has 7.5:1 gearing and retrieves 89 cm per turn for faster lure movement and slack pickup, but its maximum drag is lower at 11.3 kg.
It is designed for casting large lures at large freshwater predators, including pike and zander in rivers and lakes. The oversized brass gearing, 95 mm handle and power knobs support winding heavy lures. The supplier specifies freshwater use, so saltwater suitability is not established.
No. Infini combines magnetic and centrifugal braking to control the spool during casting. The separate Carbon Matrix star drag controls line release during the fight and has a Drag Clicker for audible feedback. Use the casting brake for spool control and the star drag for fish-fighting resistance.
No line or spare spool is included. All three aluminum spools hold 220 m of 0.32 mm mono, 190 m of 0.35 mm or 155 m of 0.38 mm. Braid capacities are 285 m at 0.29 mm, 215 m at 0.36 mm and 150 m at 0.41 mm. Choose the diameter and required length before spooling the reel.

The Abu Garcia Beast 300 Low Profile is a freshwater baitcasting reel designed to cast large lures for large predators, including pike and zander in rivers and lakes. Its oversized brass Duragear Gen III gearing provides cranking power, while the Next Gen Power Stack Carbon Matrix drag controls line release during the fight.
The 300 LP has a right-hand handle and a 5.8:1 gear ratio. The 300 LP-L offers the same ratio with a left-hand handle. Both have a maximum drag of 13.6 kg and lower gearing for slower lure presentations. Choose between them according to the hand you use to wind.
The 300 LP-HS-L has a left-hand handle and a 7.5:1 ratio, taking in 89 cm of line per handle turn. It suits quicker retrieves and faster slack-line pickup. Its maximum drag is 11.3 kg, so the faster gearing comes with a lower maximum drag than the 5.8:1 versions. All three weigh 315 g and use the same 300LP spool size and line capacities.
The Infini Brake System combines magnetic and centrifugal braking to control spool rotation during the cast. The star drag uses Carbon Matrix material and has a Drag Clicker for audible feedback when line is taken. Instant Anti-Reverse prevents backward handle rotation. These systems address different tasks, spool control when casting and line release under fish pressure.
An A-Symmetric body design houses the X2-Cräftic™ aluminum frame and handle side plate. Seven stainless steel HPCR™ bearings plus one roller bearing support smooth operation. The bowed 95 mm aluminum handle and oversized power knobs provide grip and leverage when winding large lures. A GullWing™ sideplate allows access for adjustments.
The aluminum spool is supplied without line, and no spare spool is included. Select your line before use. Monofilament capacities are 220 m at 0.32 mm, 190 m at 0.35 mm and 155 m at 0.38 mm. Braided-line capacities are 285 m at 0.29 mm, 215 m at 0.36 mm and 150 m at 0.41 mm. Capacity decreases as diameter increases. The stated water type is freshwater.
