The Strike King Caffeine Shad is a 10 cm soft bait engineered for active predator fishing, combining a buoyant bubble tail with salt and coffee scent to keep fish holding on longer.
The hollow, air-filled bubble tail generates a lifelike, wobbling kick even at the slowest retrieves. This means you can work deeper strike zones, let the lure hover tantalizingly on the drop, or crawl it along the bottom without sacrificing action — ideal when perch, zander, and pike are in a neutral or negative mood.
Strike King has impregnated the soft plastic with a high salt content and a coffee scent. The salt adds realistic weight and encourages fish to hold the bait a fraction longer, while the coffee aroma masks human odours that can spook wary predators in clear or pressured water.
