Spro Spiral Head - Schraubkopf für Gummifisch
incl. VAT, excl.
The Spro Spiral Head is a screw-in jig head designed for active predator fishing with softbaits. At 7g, it suits a wide range of mid-depth presentations for perch, zander, and pike.
Instead of a traditional barb, the Spiral Head features a built-in screw spiral that threads directly into the head of your softbait. This locks the lure firmly in place, preventing it from sliding down the hook shank even during powerful casts with a spinning rod.
A dedicated eye at the base of the jig head lets you attach a stinger hook, which can then be positioned along the flank of the softbait. This significantly improves hookup rates on short-striking predators — a key advantage when fishing for zander or perch that nip at the tail.
The Spro Spiral Head is available in several weights to cover different depths, currents, and lure sizes. Match your weight to water depth and current speed for the best presentation.
Spro Spiral Head 5g — light jigging in shallow water, canals, or slow rivers; ideal for small softbaits targeting perch
Spro Spiral Head 7g (Eye for stinger hook, spiral for softbait) — versatile all-round weight for medium depths; suits zander and perch in moderate flow
Spro Spiral Head 7g (Lead & Wire) — 7g with reinforced wire construction for extra rigidity
Spro Spiral Head 7g (Spiral, Eye for stinger hook) — 7g variant with stinger eye and spiral mount
Spro Spiral Head 15g — heavier option for deeper water or stronger currents; larger softbaits and pike
Spro Spiral Head 20g — maximum depth and distance; rivers with strong flow or vertical jigging
