The Slammer IV features an IPX6-sealed body and spool design that keeps saltwater out of the internal components. The sealed Slammer drag system with Dura-Drag adds an extra layer of protection while offering a wider range of usable drag settings, all bearing-supported for smooth operation under load. A hydrophobic line roller bearing repels water to maintain smooth line flow.
