Balzer UV-aktive Screw in Jigheads orange - Jigköpfe Schraubköpfe
incl. VAT, excl.
These lead screw-in jigheads from Balzer combine a UV-active orange finish with a twist-in spiral mount, keeping soft plastic lures firmly in place during aggressive retrieves when targeting pike, perch, and zander.
The bright orange colour is UV-reactive, making these jigheads especially effective in murky water, overcast conditions, or at dusk and dawn. Predators that rely on their lateral line and vision in low-visibility environments are drawn to the enhanced glow, giving your soft bait an edge when natural light is limited.
The integrated screw spiral threads directly into the nose of any soft plastic bait, locking it securely without the need for glue or additional fittings. Two attachment eyes allow you to rig stinger hooks quickly and easily — a practical advantage when targeting pike with larger paddle tails or shads that need stinger coverage to convert short strikes into solid hookups.
All variants share the same UV-active orange colour and lead screw-in construction. Select the weight that matches your water depth, current, and target species:
5g — 5 pieces: Shallow water, slow presentation, perch and light predator fishing
7.5g — 5 pieces: Versatile mid-range weight for mixed-depth perch and zander sessions
10g — 5 pieces (this product): Balanced choice for medium depths and moderate flow; effective for zander and pike with 3–5" shads
12.5g — 4 pieces: Deeper water or faster currents; suited to larger lures and active zander or pike
15g — 4 pieces: Fast sinking for deep water or strong current; ideal for big lures targeting large pike and zander
