The spiral coil is twisted directly into the nose of your soft bait, creating a secure lead-head mount without damaging the body. This keeps the rig swimming true through the retrieve and prevents the bait from riding up the hook shank under casting stress — a common weak point with standard pin-style heads.

Free-Swinging Trebles Maximise Hook-Ups

The belly spikes hold the size 1/0 treble hooks in position during the cast and retrieve, then release on the strike. This means only the trebles remain in the pike's mouth during the fight, while the soft bait slides free — protecting it from damage and extending its lifespan significantly.
