The Balzer Shirasu Screw Pike System (Hechtsystem) is a purpose-built soft-bait rig for spinning, drop-shotting, and jigging rubber shads for pike — now in a stealthy matt black finish with a size 2 hook.
The screw spiral head locks your rubber shad firmly onto the rig, even during powerful casts. No sliding, no spinning out — your bait stays correctly positioned on the retrieve, giving pike a convincing target every single cast.
The system ships with four snap-on lead heads — 5 g, 10 g, 15 g, and 20 g — that clip onto the eye of the screw spiral via a simple slot. Swap between them in seconds to match water depth, current speed, or how far you need to cast. The steel trace carries two sharp treble hooks, each secured to the shad body with a spike for reliable hook-up on short strikes.
