The upper hook is baited with a whole worm riding just clear of the bottom, while the lower hook carries a worm section that drags along the seabed — creating two distinct triggers in a single cast.

Whether you're anchored or drifting, this rig adapts. From an anchored boat, cast and slowly retrieve with pauses; the stop-and-go action mimics a struggling worm. From a drifting boat or charter vessel, simply let the rig trail and slide across the bottom. Two line diameters — 0.80 mm and 0.40 mm — provide both abrasion resistance at the connection point and natural presentation on the hook trace.
