The blank is constructed from Japanese IM-12 carbon fibre and finished with an additional carbon tape wrapping over an unground blank surface. This combination produces a noticeably stiff, fast action that loads quickly under heavy lures and transfers power directly to the hook — essential when dealing with large cod, halibut, or wels catfish at depth.
The rod is fitted with a FUJI reel seat explicitly designed for spinning reels, ensuring a secure and play-free connection between reel and blank.
