Balzer 71 North Boat 30 Inliner 2,15m 200-750g - Inlinerute
incl. VAT, excl.
Built for serious offshore work in fjords and Atlantic waters, the Balzer 71 North Boat 30 Inliner is a robust yet refined boat rod designed for heavy pirk (jigging) rigs and large marine predators.
The blank is constructed from IM-12 Nano Carbon — a high-modulus material reinforced with carbon nanotubes. This keeps the rod slim and surprisingly light at 387g despite its formidable 200–750g casting weight range, delivering the sensitivity to detect takes even in deep, fast-running currents.
The inline (inliner) guide system routes the line inside the blank, eliminating exposed ring guides that can ice up, tangle, or snag in confined boat conditions. Line flow is smooth and even under load, and the removable tip ring combined with an included threading wire makes rigging and re-rigging quick even with cold hands at sea. A Fuji reel seat and Fuji guide rings add durability, while the ergonomic Duplon handle and cross-butt fitting allow use with a fighting belt for extended battles with large fish.
Currently only one variant is available in this matrix:
