Choose the 216 cm M version for lures from 2–10 g or the 229 cm MH version for 5–15 g. In their shared 5–10 g range, the shorter rod offers less length to handle, while the longer rod gives more reach for lure guidance and also covers weights up to 15 g.
Both rods suit finesse fishing with softbaits and hardbaits, plus ultra-light spinners and spoons. Westin names trout, perch, asp, medium-sized pike, zander and various saltwater species. Choose lures within the selected rod's 2–10 g or 5–15 g rating, rather than treating the species list as permission to use heavier lures.
The 40T+T1100 Torayca® carbon blank works with a full-carbon Westin 3C handle integrated with the blank. This Close Contact Carbon construction transmits feedback to the hand, which matters when controlling finesse lures and feeling subtle bites. Both versions share this construction, so select between them by length and casting weight.
Both rods separate into two sections. The stated transport lengths are 112 cm for the 216 cm model and 118 cm for the 229 cm model. Allow that length in your transport space, with the shorter version saving 6 cm.

The Westin W6 Streetstick 2nd Generation spinning rods cover ultra-light to light lure fishing with softbaits, hardbaits, small spinners and spoons. Their 40T+T1100 Torayca® High Performance Carbon blanks and full-carbon Westin 3C handles provide direct feedback for finesse presentations and subtle bites. The handle integrates with the blank to maintain close contact while working a lure.
The 216 cm M version is rated for 2–10 g, making it the choice for the lighter end of the range. The 229 cm MH version is rated for 5–15 g and adds 13 cm of length for more reach when guiding the lure. Both cover 5–10 g, so choose between the shorter rod with its lower casting-weight limit and the longer rod with capacity for lures up to 15 g. M and MH are the supplier's power designations, not stated action ratings.
Both versions suit finesse fishing with softbaits and hardbaits, as well as ultra-light spinners and spoons within their respective casting-weight ranges. Westin lists trout, perch, asp, medium-sized pike, zander and various saltwater species as intended targets. These are light-lure rods, so the species list does not extend their stated casting-weight limits.
The Westin 3C handle stands for Close Contact Carbon and uses full-carbon construction for feedback from the blank. A Fuji KSKSS16/ASH reel seat secures the reel, while Fuji® SiC guides provide line guidance. The Seaguide® TiDHOOK#4 hook keeper gives the hook a dedicated attachment point between fishing spots.
Both rods have two sections and a supplier-listed net weight of 110 g. The stated transport length is 112 cm for the 216 cm version and 118 cm for the 229 cm version. The shorter model therefore takes up less length in transit, while both separate for transport.
