Choose the 2XH for 40–130 g lures or the 3XH for 60–195 g lures. Both are 236 cm long with fast action. The 2XH weighs 170 g, while the 3XH weighs 190 g, so the heavier casting range comes with 20 g more rod weight and a higher minimum lure weight.
They are designed for casting and controlling large swimbaits, spinnerbaits and jerkbaits in freshwater, primarily for pike and muskie, with zander also named as a target. The fast Torayca® carbon blanks support precise lure control. Match your lure weight to the selected variant's stated casting range.
Westin recommends a Westin size 300 baitcasting reel for both variants. Each rod has a Fuji KSKSS16/ASH reel seat, so the supported setup is a baitcasting outfit rather than a fixed-spool spinning outfit.
Both 236 cm rods have two sections and a transport length of 122 cm. Check your vehicle or rod storage against that packed length rather than the assembled length, as changing between 2XH and 3XH does not reduce the transport space required.

The Westin W6 Powercast-T 2nd Generation casting rods are built for freshwater predator fishing with large swimbaits, spinnerbaits and jerkbaits. Their 40T+T1100 Torayca® high-performance carbon blanks combine strength and responsiveness with a fast, crisp action for precise casting and direct lure control. Pike and muskie are the main targets, with zander fishing also supported.
The lightweight, strong construction supports long casting sessions while retaining the power needed to fight large predators. The custom-moulded Westin 3C carbon handle, short for Close Contact Carbon, provides a secure, comfortable grip when working heavy lures.
Fuji® SiC guides support smooth line management and durability during frequent use. A Fuji KSKSS16/ASH reel seat holds the reel, while the Seaguide® TiDHOOK#4 hook keeper provides a dedicated place to secure the hook between casts. Westin recommends pairing these rods with a Westin size 300 baitcasting reel.
