The Westin W4-BC (Baitcasting) 200 is a purpose-built lure reel that pairs a rigid aluminium frame with smart engineering, giving you consistent, reliable performance when throwing medium-weight softbaits and hardbait presentations.

Rock-Solid Construction, Cast After Cast

A one-piece aluminium frame and carbon side plate keep the reel body stiff under load, while a stainless-steel main shaft and GT-B gear train ensure smooth power transfer retrieve after retrieve. Three different factory-applied greases protect the internals for long service life, and the reel ships in a hard-shell protective case so it arrives — and stays — in perfect condition.

Dialled-In Casting Control

The internal 6-shoe centrifugal brake system (CBS6) lets you tune backlash resistance to match your lure weight and casting style without opening the side plate. A brake clicker gives audible confirmation of each adjustment, while the Stay-On side plate and Stay-On tension knob stay firmly in place during a session. The Fast Line Connector on the spool makes line changes quick and secure. With a 7.3:1 gear ratio delivering 78 cm per turn and a 9 kg maximum drag backed by the Multi Stack drag system, the W4-BC 200 handles both fast retrieves and hard-running fish with equal ease.
